Virtual Fireside Chat with Dr. Morcease Beasley, CCPS CEO/Superintendent
Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) is proud to inform all stakeholders that CCPS will host a “Virtual Fireside Chat" on Thursday, January 28, 2021, designed to prepare students for postsecondary success. Featuring CCPS Superintendent/CEO Dr. Morcease J. Beasley, the Fireside Chat was created as part of the “Yes You Can Promise” (YYCP) which is an extension of the Clayton County Public Schools HBCU Promise.
Featuring a variety of special guest speakers ranging from College/University Presidents, State Representatives, and CEO’s of Community Partners, this event is designed to expose attendees to candid dialogue about supports available to first-year college students during a pandemic. These supports are inclusive of not only academics but also personal, social, and emotional supports.

As part of Clayton County’s ongoing rebranding project, the Clayton County Board of Commissioners is seeking input from you through this short online survey to measure the brand recognition and lift our efforts are creating.
The County Commission values your opinions and encourages all to provide thoughtful, honest responses. This process is yet another way your Commissioners are investing in Clayton County.
